Anthem AVM / Roon Control System

A system-driven control experience for real-time audio hardware and networked media services.

High-end audio processors and media systems expose powerful functionality, but are often controlled through fragmented, hardware-bound interfaces. This project explores how a modern control experience can be designed as a cohesive system, rather than a collection of commands and screens.

I designed and built a custom control interface for an Anthem AVM processor with Roon integration, focusing on clarity, responsiveness, and trust across real-time interactions.

Glimpsee

A link-in-bio authoring platform with automatic theming, inline editing, and content-aware layout.

Glimpsee is a link-sharing concept focused on presentation and control, rather than feeds or engagement mechanics. The goal was to explore how a simple set of links could adapt visually and structurally to different types of content—without requiring design effort from the user.

I designed Glimpsee as a UI-driven product, where intelligent defaults and inline editing allow users to shape the experience quickly while retaining full control when needed.

CRISP

An enterprise-level design system comprising over 50+ custom Vue.js components, Figma assets, and design tokens.

CRISP is an enterprise design system I created and led to unify design and engineering across a growing product ecosystem. As teams and applications scaled, inconsistencies in UI patterns, accessibility, and implementation quality created friction for both users and developers.

CRISP provides a shared, production-grade foundation for building consistent, accessible, and scalable interfaces—bridging design intent and real-world implementation.

Asurion.com

Direct-to-consumer homepage redesign focused on clarity, trust, and guided service flows for stressed users.

As Asurion shifted toward a more direct-to-consumer model, its homepage needed to do more than communicate brand — it needed to actively help customers. Many users arrived on the site uncertain, stressed, and simply looking for a way to fix a broken device or file a claim. This project focused on transforming the homepage from a marketing surface into a functional entry point for service.

By combining UX design, frontend engineering, and iterative experimentation, we refined how users orient themselves, understand their options, and take action.
